Pelosi's Bill Tries to Wipe Out Malpractice Reform

While Republicans have been trying to rein in runaway medical malpractice litigation which costs this nation billions of dollars, the new Pelosi Health care bill attempts to repeal state laws designed to moderate runaway malpractice litigation.  As Breitbart notes Section 2351 of the new bill states that states that limit or cap medical malpractice awards or attorney fees will not be eligible for this aid.
