RV Parks
Rv parks I have stayed in that have websites-
Near death Valley and in the park. They have 12 spaces with full hook-ups and the rest with water. As of Spring 2005, the cost for a water only site was $15.00 per night. Clean facilities, good location.
-
This is a pricey place but so is Big Sur. The sites have electricity and water. The camp is in a valley with trees and grass and is right next to the Big Sur River ( which looked more like a creek to me). The facilities were clean. I liked it.
-
Mostly a permanent resident trailer park with maybe 30 transient spaces. Clean cheap (20) and friendly. Water, electricity and cable at most sites.

General information
Places to get travelling information-
This is a very cool website at UC Berkley which is a great resource for figuring out the names of plants and animals in California. They have thousands of photos. Unfortunately you have to be able to make a guess at a name to look it up.
-
A great place to express your opinion of the places you have stayed and find out about potential places to stay AROUND THE WORLD. That is, if you are heading for London or Paris you can read reviews of hotels from other travelers right at this website.
